If I Were a Muppet

So, here is part 1 of the muppet Red Sox post ...

Animal

and Johnny Damon

Sam the Eagle

and John Halama

Ernie and Burt

and Rem and Orsillo

Cookie Monster

and Manny Ramirez

Kermit

and Edgar

Guy Smiley

and Eric Frede

The Swedish Chef

and 1st Base coach, Lynn Jones

Big Bird

and Bronson Arroyo

Oscar

and David Wells

When I complete this, I'm thinking of building Fenway Park with legos.

Fantabulous!

Swedish Chef looks like Embree, too. And since Halama's on there, I guess ex-Red Sox count.

Speaking of the Count....

Halama was officially released? Last I heard he was designated for assignment. Who's going to be Sam the Eagle now? This puts a whole new paint job on things. Should I go with ex-players?

The Count is going to appear in part 2 (along with Elmo and Grover and Fozzy and several muppets to be named later). Unfortunately, I've already moved on to the legos project, mentally, so part 2 may suffer a little as a result.

these are all so beautiful!!!!
LOVE IT!
give me more!
also, can I help with the lego project? sounds like fun.

DFA is as good as released... I think waivers are the only option now. Other than leaving Sam the Eagle out in the cold, I can't say I'm too broken up about it.

I think coach Brad Mills kinda looks like Dr. Bunsen Honeydew, but with bigger eyes. Sweet job on this action, by the way

Rebecca - Let's not stop at the park. I'm thinking we could recreate all of Yawkey Way and Landsdowne Street in legos.

PD - You are always so sweet.

Andrew - I really do have to rethink Sam the Eagle. Olerud, while not a smiley type guy, doesn't have the eyebrows, unfortunately. Back to the drawing board on this one, I'm afraid.

Pat - I see the connection. I see shades of Mike Dee, too, in Dr. Bunsen Honeydew.
