Want a good nickname. How 'bout David "low risk" Riske. Oh well, it sounded better in my head.
I think it's going to depend on his performance. If he pitches like Cla or (my favorite ex-Red Sox player to pick on) Brian Rose, he could wind up with a nickname like "Risky Business." If he has a bad outing, let me be the first person to predict that this will be the title of at least one sports column and definitely on dirt dog.
You're right. It's something that can and will go in either direction.
